Digital Development of Diploma Programs is at the forefront of pedagogy and didactic development also in the strategy of VIA's continuing education school, and many teachers experiment with different types of "mixtures" between More classic teaching approaches and digital learning spaces. Little, however, have actually worked with eportfolio as a didactic basis for courses leading to a diploma or other teaching activities. No less because, in our view, that the current digital portal for teachers and students do not support portfolio thinking. The system is a blackboard system that stores teachers and students and organize the program, but fundamentally, it is not built to integrate the support of multimedia or work dynamically with the processes of learning between teachers and students.

We have studied practices at the Continuing Education School as well as possible, as school offers more than 30 degree programs and more than 400 courses in these programs each year. We only found a course, and constantly uses eportfolio as a central didactic principle. We can not exclude that we could have other existing supervised practices in the complex and huge course leading to a VIA degree, however; It would argue that our main conclusion that work with eportfolio at the Education School is rare, uncoordinated and privatized to the unique teacher.
