An amount of 143,295 houses a work in progress in Addis Ababa under the 40/60 and 20/80 housing improvement programs are being worked on and 4,287 houses started in the 2012 Ethiopian spending plan year, as shown by the Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure.

Senior specialists of the Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure, alongside Addis Ababa City Administration Housing Development and Administration Bureau specialists similarly as accomplices visited the introduction of condominium houses being worked by the city association on November 10, 2014.

Among the objections visited by the pioneers were Bole Arabsa, Bole Ayat, Megenagna, and the new 40/60 and 20/80 condominium houses dispatched in the 2012 Ethiopian spending plan year.

Out of the 143,295 houses a work in progress in the city association, 101,594 houses are 20/80 and 41,261 houses are being worked on under the 40/60 housing program.

It is planned to complete the advancement of 107,768 houses under the 20/80 housing improvement program by February 30, 2014. The achievement has shown up at 97.86 percent.
