I want "cultural work" and "adjusted working hours" to continue after the pandemic is over. With all this, profit alone does not motivate you to work sustainably. Opportunity is also one of the best packages and benefits a company can offer its employees! Also, in the end, I accept that the result has a higher priority than the cycle!
