In the third step, design teams built their prototypes in the online environment, developing learning activities and digital materials. The theme of the second face-to-face workshop was the review of reality: peer review and an action plan. The main idea was to obtain constructive feedback from colleagues' partners and refine the design before driving the online student study modules. In addition, we recommend that design teams request comments from some students or colleagues at the university. Before the pilots, we ask the design teams to evaluate the module, in terms of how well it complies with the ten most important quality criteria.

What are the ten most important quality criteria? They are based on the quality criteria of EAMK (Varonen and Tyrväinen 2018), of which we select essential and modify them adequately for our implementations. Three criteria for guidance and feedback, two of the tasks and tools and a criterion relating to content and materials, evaluation, usability and visuals. These criteria were used to review and design online study modules. The student feedback questionnaire during pilots also included declarations based on quality criteria.

Before the pilots, it was necessary to agree on the principles for interrose study, such as how to enroll and evaluate implementations, and what kind of platforms and learning tools are being used. These principles are valuable for future cooperation.
