According to Michelman (1983, 79), commercial relations "are formal" and are based on "disgust and fear". In this sense, the discussion on business ethics and, in particular, corporate social responsibility has made enormous developments. However, there is no real need to generate new agents to achieve ethics. Humans are forced to ethics, that Friedman (1962, 349) also accepts: In business, the fundamental intention is to maximize the gain "as long as it remains within the rules of the game, which is, participates in the open competition And free., Without deception or fraud ". The individuals themselves have "the main moral responsibility" (Pihlström 2015, 51).

In business ethics, the empirical approach has generated a new problematic field that is subject to a nearest study. In general, these aspects are of great importance. However, they also expand the field of ethics towards a merely empirical field. For example, sustainability is a very central notion and is of great importance. However, the problem of sustainability is a notion of fact and, therefore, in need of an empirical study instead of ethical, even though it has connections with ethical problems: we, as humans, are not allowed to destroy or contaminate the environment. All these topics are ethical, but they are not ethical directly. However, the ethics of humans implies that we are responsible for the welfare of other people and nature. Therefore, there is no need to formulate or find ethical rules, but to understand moderate humanity.

The problem is not that the problem is related to objective problems; Ethics should have some practical consequences. The problem is that this makes ethics a "middle class theme" that entails concern for real and important problems, but it still does not force us to personally take care of problems. In contrast, ethics and "any morally serious philosophy (...) should begin since the recognition of the reality of evil" (Pihlström 2014, 2). This negative methodology implies that the interpretation of ethics is essentially personal: moral responsibility joins me. Collective interpretation becomes a secondary interpretation (Pihlström 2014, 2015).
