A Mali woman who broke the world record to give birth to nine babies simultaneously

"Giving birth to one child is quite difficult but having nine cannot be imagined. This is astonishing the amount of work involved in protecting them. I thank the medical team for all the hard work and the government of Mali to fund this," Cisse told the Daily Mail.

The children were named - Oumar, Elhadji, Bah and Mohammed Vi, and the girls were named - Adama, Oumou, Eve, Kadidia, and Fatouma.
