In today‟s Ethiopa with the prevailing economic depression and general hardship one would see that there is no much hope for the salary workers considering the rising inflation, the rise in the cost of living and the responsibility of catering for their families. Most wage and salary earners now see their pay package as sheer mockery of the prevailing market condition.  The organization in Addis Ababa has been a dynamic one, with high level of competition both for potential customers and experienced workers.
