The study will  be conduct in berhanena selam printing enterprise which is found around Arat Kilo Arada Sub City in  Addis Ababa.it will be selected due to it is the first printing company in Ethiopian was establish to address the problems of both secular and formal publications at the time and is still the leading state owned publishing house. However, no research papers have been published except for information provide by the company regarding employee benefits.

-        In the company’s 5 years plan, it does not plan to increase the benefits of its employees, but to improve the organizations operations.

 3.2Research design

According to Sekaran (2000) research can be described as a systematic and organized effort to investigate a specific problem to provide a solution. Draper and Smith (1966) stated it is the overall plan of how the researcher intends to implement their projects in practice. It is also stated as the arrangement of conditions for collection and analysis of data in a manner that aims to combine relevance to the research purpose in procedure. The purpose of research design is to ensure that the evidence obtained enables us to answer the initial objective clearly. According to the research objectives a descriptive research design will be adopted. According to Mugenda & Mugenda (2003), descriptive survey design helps a researcher to gather, summarize, present and interpret information for the purpose of clarification.
