The program is arranged, carried out and surveyed in transnational joint effort among Brazil and Finland, and it is additionally deliberately and iteratively created by testing and exploring the executions. The capability based educational plan of the program was, in adjust, grew along with Brazilian coordination group and it was adjusted to Paraíba State needs and specificities. The idea of educational program depends on another educator training program between Brazilian Ministry of Education and Häme University of Applied Sciences, The VET Teachers for the Future, and its positive results (Ryymin et al. 2016; Ryymin et al. 2018). The significant piece of the program educational plan is the advancement work execution period in Brazilian learning climate. The objective of this period is to help instructors to foster their every day practices and root their creative academic examinations. 

The program members have an independence to create and apply new instructive practices inside the program in accordance with the Brazilian curricular rules and the curricular premise of the educating embraced in the province of Paraíba. Because of the program, no progressions are made to the public educational plan, however critical changes are made in instructing and learning system.
