Addis Ababa, The Service of Exchange and Local Interchanges reported that it has given another value rate to change the increasing cost of concrete creation.

The Clergyman of Exchange and Territorial Relations, Ato Gebrekres Chala, expressed that because of the absence of concrete creation, need is being given to government works.

He said that other huge tasks have been worked with by acquiring affirmation from the important government establishment and buying items straightforwardly from manufacturing plants.
